You'll definitely save at least 50% on your fruit and veggie purchases (nuts and spices too) by coming here vs. Coles and woolys.

Excellent fruit shop, with a huge range. The Asian vegetables are a feature, with interesting stuff like pandan leaves and lemongrass featuring. There's a cold room with a good meat range, and excellent spices. There are plenty of items at good prices, so this is a good spot to get heaps of cheap, fresh stuff, as well as fancy vegies for recipes.
